“Roll the Initiative!”
After these words are spoken, the battle map will be littered with a hail of dice, and the Game Master will begin recording the turn order. Each Game Master has their own method for doing so or may base it on various options. However, if you prefer assistant applications, you may want to explore our tool. Wondering why you should choose ours over others? Allow me to explain:
- The quickest start to battles. Simply select a pre-created Player Character with a couple of taps and specify the number of enemies.
- Initiatives and enemy names can be set manually or in random mode for situations where speed is crucial and turn order is less vital (ideal for more laid-back Game Masters).
- An option to place characters in a "standby" mode and reintroduce them into the battle later on.
- Intelligent tracking of conditions that can be added during gameplay. The tracker will save the initial status and consider if a character is in standby mode.
- The ability to add new characters on the fly during combat. Summoned an elemental? An enemy necromancer brought forth multiple zombies? Easily add them to the queue with a few taps.
- Undo the most recent changes. Rectify any accidental clicks, or even rewind a few turns back to the beginning, if needed.
If you're not intrigued yet, consider this – the initiative tracker is just one among many features. We've included critical hits and fumble decks, along with a Wild Magic deck should you feel the urge to enhance an event. These decks are accessible during battle or from a separate screen for those times when tracking characters isn't necessary. Our effects are not generic; we've developed them ourselves (though some effects may seem familiar due to limited possibilities regarding outcomes of things like misaimed sword swings or failed spells).
Most importantly, the functionality of the free version is unrestricted! Should you decide to invest in our full version, you'll gain access to additional hero icons, more cards in decks, and support fellow role-players. Otherwise, enjoy the full experience at no cost!
Enjoy your gaming sessions, embark on epic battles, and don't forget to roll the initiative!
